This Privacy Notice is provided by PHOENIX Pharma Italia S.p.A., in its capacity as Data Controller, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and the applicable Italian data protection legislation.
When you fill in the form on our website, you provide us with certain personal data – such as your name, your contact details and any information included in your message. These data are used exclusively to handle your request and to provide you with feedback or contact you again if necessary.
Your data are processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, as the processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or, where applicable, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, as the Data Controller has a legitimate interest in managing communications received from users. No specific consent is required for this processing.
